Founded in 2015, we provide full-service catering in the South Bend-Elkhart region. At Fancy Delights, we pride ourselves on creating comfort food that soothes and fills the soul. Our fancy delights have been enjoyed throughout the community, from large corporate events to private parties.

Chef Monnese has over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. At age 11, her stepdad gave her a piece of pecan pie which destined her to bake and create. She was hooked.
Monnese found that baking filled her soul. She made people happy when she cooked for them, and that was motivation to hone her craft. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2021, where she focused on culinary arts, hospitality administration, baking, and pastry.
One of Chef Monnese’s prize experiences was the time she spent in France. While on a culinary tour, she visited four cities and had the pleasure of cooking with French Chefs. This experience added to her food perspective which she brought home to share with her customers.
When asked, Chef Monnese says she wants her clients to feel like they are in their grandmother’s kitchen when they taste her foods. Providing creations made out of love and care is vital to her.
